Hscc(I) Ltd Noida

The office for our Noida division is actually situated in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 in Delhi. We are in Pocket 4, specifically in building 60 B. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because we deal with things for the Noida side but we are physically sitting here in Delhi. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very lived-in. We have a decent amount of space inside, though the files for the various projects seem to take up more room every year. We are usually here from early morning until the evening, working through the administrative tasks and the engineering-related paperwork that comes with being part of a company like HSCC. The walk from the metro station isn't too bad, which is how most of us get to work. During the lunch hour, we usually head out to one of the local spots nearby or just eat together in the office. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s more like a converted residential space that works well for what we need to do. We don't really do much in the way of marketing ourselves; we just focus on the contracts and the project management that needs to be finished. The phone rings a lot, and there is always someone coming or going with a delivery or a document that needs a signature. It’s just a regular, busy workplace with a lot of paper moving around.
