Our office is located in Kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase II, specifically in Pocket B6, at 26b. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. Hospira Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has been here for a while. We do work related to building and maintaining infrastructure. It involves a lot of coordination with different crews and making sure we have enough materials to get through the week. We aren't a big, polished firm with a lobby and a receptionist. You usually just walk in and find us working at our desks or talking on our mobiles. There are always piles of folders and site photos scattered around. We spend a lot of time checking on projects around the city, so the office is often half-empty during the day. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to folks. We just explain what needs to be done and how long it might take. Infrastructure is one of those things you don't notice until it goes wrong, so we spend our time trying to make sure things go right from the start. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on management. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep showing up because there is always something that needs building or fixing. It’s just how we make our living here in Kondli, dealing with the daily grind of city life and construction. Some days are long, but we get by okay.
