Homoeopathic Clinic Dr Bharti Saigal

Our clinic is over at Shop B-41 on Gali Number 15 in Madhu Vihar-Patparganj. Most people know the area because of Sugam Public School, and we are right opposite that. It’s a busy little street, especially when the school is starting or finishing for the day. Dr Bharti Saigal runs the place and it’s a dedicated homoeopathic clinic. It’s a small shop, so there’s not a lot of room to move around, but it gets the job done. We have rows of those little glass bottles and jars on the shelves. People come here for all sorts of things, like long-term skin problems or just a recurring cough that won't go away. Homeopathy takes a bit of time, so the consultations can be long. You sit down and we talk about everything that’s bothering you. It’s a very different feel than a big city hospital. It’s just a local doctor’s office where we know many of our patients by their names. The neighborhood of Madhu Vihar is quite crowded, so it feels like a real community here. Sometimes the waiting area gets full and people stand outside for a bit. We don't have any polished corporate stuff or glossy brochures. We just write down the symptoms and figure out the right remedy. It’s a simple, honest way of doing things. Being near the school makes it easy for parents to drop in. We’ve been here in Gali 15 for quite a while now and just keep things moving along.
