Hero Motors Ltd

We are set up in Bharat Apartment, over at 31 IP Extension. It is a bit of a mix of Delhi and Haryana vibes around here. Our unit is 2D, and it is where we handle a lot of the back-office things for Hero Motors. It’s a standard apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have desks set up in the rooms and there is always a kettle going for tea. The parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, like it is in most of Delhi, but we manage. Working from an apartment means we aren't separated from the real world. We see neighbors taking their dogs for walks or bringing home groceries while we are looking at engine parts lists or spreadsheets. It is a very normal environment. We don't have a big reception area with a sofa. Usually, you just walk in and see us working. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the 110092 area has changed a lot since we started. There are more shops now and the traffic has definitely picked up. We focus on our daily chores and making sure the numbers match up. It is honest, steady work without any of the fluff. We aren't here to put on a show; we are here to get the logistics and admin side of things sorted for the motors business. The fans overhead keep everything cool enough for us.
