We are Hardwarebucket.com, and our physical base is located at 284 and 289 in West Guru Angad Nagar. This is right in the Laxmi Nagar area of Delhi. Even though we have a website name, we are very much a real place with shelves full of stuff. If you walk through the lanes here, you’ll find us surrounded by boxes of screws, hammers, door handles, and all those small bits of hardware that you never think about until something breaks. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We spend our days packing up orders that come in online, but we also talk to people who stop by the store. The air is often filled with the smell of metal and packing tape. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a working warehouse where we keep track of thousands of different items. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many small parts, it’s a constant job. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who know their way around a toolbox. We don't do much in the way of marketing. We just make sure that when someone needs a specific type of bolt or a hinge, we actually have it in stock and can get it to them. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our feet all day long.
