We are located at House Number 36 in Chilla Village, Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It’s a second-floor space. The village area is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, with narrow lanes and houses built very close together. We share the building with a few other families, so there’s always something going on nearby. Our office is just a couple of rooms with some basic furniture. We have a long table where we do most of the packing and sorting. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. From the window, you can see the rooftops of the other houses and the laundry hanging out to dry. We spend our day going through lists and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the shelves. It’s a very manual process most of the time. We go out to the main road for lunch or to pick up supplies. The atmosphere is very relaxed and informal. We aren't big on ceremonies or fancy meetings; we just sit down and get through the work that needs to be finished. It’s a practical setup in a busy East Delhi neighborhood, and we’ve been operating this way for quite some time now.
