It’s right in front of the State Bank of Patiala, which is the easiest way to find us since the market gets so crowded. Being on the third floor means we carry a lot of stuff up and down, but it keeps us fit. Glass is a tricky business because it’s so fragile. You have to be careful every single day. One wrong move and everything is ruined. We’ve had our share of accidents over the years, but that’s how you learn. The bazaar is always full of people, especially on market days, so it can be quite a challenge just to get to the door. We aren't a big, polished company. Our office is full of samples and crates, and it feels like a real workspace. We mostly deal with people who need specific glass work done for their homes or shops. It’s about being precise and making sure the measurements are right. We don’t use any fancy sales pitches. We just show you what we have and tell you how long it will take. Sometimes we’re behind schedule because the supplier is late, but we tell folks how it is. It’s just how we run things here in Delhi.
