Our office is at C-151, right on Street Number 11 in West Vinod Nagar. If you know Delhi, you know this part of the city is always crowded and full of life. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Buildtech sounds like a big word, but really we are just a group of people working on construction and technical stuff. We spend a lot of time on various sites, and this office is where we come back to sort out the bills and the plans. It’s a simple setup. We have some old chairs and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. There’s always a bit of dust because of the area, but we don't mind. We focus on getting the structures right. It’s hard work and involves a lot of manual checking. We talk to the laborers, the suppliers, and the people living nearby. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or the materials don't show up on time. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a job is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. We aren't interested in fancy talk. We just want to make sure the buildings are solid and the work is done properly. We’ve lived and worked in 110092 long enough to know how things work here.
