We've been at E 344 in this little spot in Delhi for a while now. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and people always moving around Gali No in Delhi. Grass Roots Research & Creation Pvt. Ltd is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of looking into things, trying to figure out how to make stuff work better. It’s not always easy work. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls that go nowhere. We spend most of our time here in the office, looking at data or brainstorming new ideas for projects. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the job done. Sometimes we get visitors, but mostly it's just us. We’ve been part of the local scene here in the 110092 area code for a bit. People know us by name. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and start working on whatever is on the desk. It’s mostly about research, making sure things are done right from the ground up. Creation takes time too. You can’t rush these things. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. It’s quiet work for the most part. We like it that way. Just regular people doing their jobs in a corner of Delhi. It gets the bills paid and keeps us busy.
