Global Ortho Clinic - Joint Replacement Delhi

Global Ortho Clinic is tucked away at 70Hargobind Enclave here in Delhi. It’s a neighborhood where people know each other, so we get a lot of locals walking in. Since we focus on joint replacement and ortho stuff, you’ll see a lot of people using crutches or walkers in our lobby. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve arranged the furniture so there’s enough room for people to move around without bumping into things. The walls have some posters about bones and joints that have been there since we opened. Our staff is a small group and we’ve worked together for quite a few years now, so we know each other's habits. Sometimes the phone rings and nobody can find the cordless handset for a second, but we eventually get to it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or the local GP. The street outside can get a bit crowded with cars, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at peak hours. We try to keep the clinic running on time, but sometimes a consultation takes longer than expected and things get backed up. We just tell people to have a seat and we’ll be with them as soon as we can. It’s a straightforward medical office where the focus is just on getting people back on their feet. We’ve seen many folks recover here, and that’s what keeps us coming in every morning.
