Our office for Gfa Exim is located on the ground floor of N 138 in Narain Nagar, which is right next to the Laxmi Nagar area. Being on the ground floor is actually really helpful for us because we are always moving things in and out. Since we are in the export-import business, there’s usually a courier or a delivery person at the door. Narain Nagar is a bit more residential than the main market, so it’s slightly quieter, but still very much part of the East Delhi chaos. Our space is filled with boxes, packing tape, and folders full of shipping manifests. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. We just have what we need to get the orders processed. Most of our work involves staying on top of the logistics and making sure that nothing gets stuck in transit. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We are a small group of people who have been doing this for a while now. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished image. We just show up, handle the emails, pack the goods, and make sure everything is ready for pickup. It’s a simple routine and it works for us. We like the fact that we can just walk out the door and be right in the middle of the neighborhood.
