Our place, Gayatri Infrahomes Pvt Ltd, is over at 163 A in Guru Angad Nagar, right by Pandit Chowk in Mandawali. We are up on the second floor. Mandawali is a very tight-knit area with lots of narrow lanes and people everywhere. It can be a bit of a squeeze to get through Pandit Chowk during peak hours. Our office isn’t anything grand. It’s a few rooms where we handle real estate and home infrastructure stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to families who are looking for a new place to live. We’ve got some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do for a quick meeting. There’s always a teapot on the stove in the back. We like to keep things informal here. You won't find anyone in a three-piece suit in this office. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people with their housing needs. The walls are a bit plain, but we have some photos of projects we’ve finished. It’s a bit noisy with the local traffic and the shops downstairs, but that’s the charm of Guru Angad Nagar. We know the neighbors and they know us. We don’t do a lot of fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people walking in or hearing about us from a friend. It’s a modest setup on the second floor, but it’s where we get everything done.
