Our office is located right in the middle of the Shakarpur Main Market, up on the second floor of Ritu Complex. If you know Vikas Marg, you know how hectic it gets around here. Finding a parking spot is almost impossible most days, so most of us just take the metro or walk from the main road. Being in R-15 means we hear the sounds of the market all day long, which is actually quite nice once you get used to it. We’ve been operating G. S. Marketing from this spot for quite some time. The office isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with people who drop in from the market area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to the second floor, but it keeps us moving. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we manage our marketing projects and keep our records straight. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby on Vikas Marg, but we just keep the windows shut and get on with things. Lunch usually involves someone going down to get food from one of the local stalls. It’s a very grounded way to work, and being in a busy trade hub like Shakarpur keeps us alert. We keep a stack of old ledgers in the corner that we haven't quite found the heart to throw away yet.
