We are based out of New Delhi, specifically in the 110096 area code, handling a mix of development and contracting work. It’s a fast-paced environment here, and we mostly focus on getting the actual physical work finished on time. There’s a lot of running around involved in being a contractor in a city this size. We deal with various sites and manage the labor and materials needed to get buildings up. It isn't always pretty, and there's a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how contracting goes. Our office handles all the correspondence and the back-end stuff that keeps the projects running. We don't spend much time on polished presentations or anything like that. Instead, we’re usually out on the ground or dealing with suppliers to make sure we have what we need for the next day. Working in Delhi has its own set of rules and challenges, from the traffic to the permits, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes. We have a small team that handles the main tasks, and we bring in more hands as the projects require. It’s a steady flow of work, and we just take it one project at a time. Nothing too complicated, just building and fixing things as they come up. We keep our heads down and focus on the current task until it's sorted. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic for hours just to deliver a few sets of plans, but that is part of the Delhi life. We just try to stay organized.
