Our small office is located at 27, Second Floor, in the D.A. Flats over in Karkarduma. It’s in East Delhi, an area that’s pretty crowded but has a lot of character. We’ve been in this particular flat for a while. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a daily workout since we don't always use the lift if it's busy. The space itself is quite compact. We have a few tables pushed together and some shelves full of files that we really should organize better one of these days. We do our work for Fvpl from here, focusing on the day-to-day operations that keep everything moving. It’s a very local vibe. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long—vendors calling out and cars honking. We aren't some big firm with a glass building. We’re just a small group of people working out of a converted flat. It’s comfortable and it gets the job done. Sometimes we meet clients here, and we just offer them a chair and some water. No fancy presentations or anything like that. We just talk about the work and what needs to happen next. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Karkarduma is a busy hub, so being here makes us feel like we’re part of the city’s energy. We just keep our heads down and handle our business as it comes.
