French Oven Private Limited is tucked away in Mayur Vihar Phase-2. We are located at Flat No 146-B in Pocket-F, which is a fairly quiet part of the area. It’s not your typical big warehouse or shop, but it works for what we do every day. Most of the time, it’s just us inside getting things ready. We handle everything from this flat, which keeps things manageable and simple for our small crew. East Delhi is a busy place, but back here in our pocket, it feels a bit more relaxed. We focus a lot on the basics of the business. There’s usually someone in the back handling the books while others are busy with the actual products. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to keep an eye on things. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just local people working in the 110091 zip code. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the Delhi traffic, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of work running a private limited company from a flat, but we enjoy the routine. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us, some tables, some equipment, and a lot of lists to check off every morning before we finish up for the day.
