We’re based over at I-191 in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. This area is always buzzing with people and traffic, which fits the freight business pretty well. Our building is just one of many on the street, and we’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors. We handle all sorts of freight systems, which basically means we manage the moving of cargo. It’s a lot of logistics and paperwork that most people would find boring, but it’s what we do every day. The office isn't anything to brag about—just a place with computers, some filing cabinets, and a whole lot of phone lines. We don't use any of that corporate talk about being the leaders in the industry. We are just a team of people who know how to navigate the shipping world. Some days are completely hectic with phones ringing off the hook, and other days we’re just sitting around waiting for a shipment to clear. We have our good days and our bad days, just like any other business. The heat in Delhi can be tough in the summer, especially when the AC isn't keeping up, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on just doing the work. If you need to find us, we’re the ones near the corner, usually with a couple of delivery bikes parked out front. It’s a simple, straightforward operation without any unnecessary frills.
