Foster Placement

You can find Foster Placement on the second floor of the Ashish Complex, specifically in rooms 203 and 204. We are located in New Rajdhani Enclave along Vikas Marg. It’s pretty easy to get to since the Preet Vihar Metro Station is just a short walk away. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to folks who are looking for work. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get through our tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a lot of people show up at once for interviews. We try to keep a schedule, but things often run late. That's just how it goes in this business. We’ve been in this part of Delhi, the 110092 area, for a good bit of time now. We know the local job market well enough because we see so many different people every week. It’s interesting work, seeing where people want to go with their careers. We don't use any fancy software to pick people, we just talk to them and see what they need. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. Usually, there is some tea going in the back if you catch us at the right time. We just want to help people find a decent spot to work where they can earn a living. It is simple work that keeps us on our toes.
