Fitnest.

Our spot is at C-7 in I.P. Extension, specifically in the Madhu Vihar-Patparganj area. If you are near Sai Chowk, you are basically right there. Delhi 110092 is a bit crowded, but our little corner is okay. We’ve set up Fitnest as a simple place for people to come and get active. It’s not a huge facility. It’s more of a neighborhood gym. We have the usual things you’d expect, some racks and a few machines. The floors are matted and we try to keep the air moving with some big fans. Sai Chowk is a landmark everyone knows, so we don't usually have to give long directions. People from the apartments around Patparganj just walk over. We don't do any flashy promotions. We just keep the doors open and the lights on. Sometimes the traffic at Sai Chowk is a nightmare, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer. It’s just a regular local business. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the memberships. It’s a lot of work but it’s fine. We like being part of the I.P. Extension community. It’s a practical place for people who don't want the drama of a big corporate gym. Just a simple room at C-7 where you can do your thing and go home. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay. There is no mystery to what we do, we just provide the space for exercise.
