Fiksu Education Private Limited is situated on the ground floor at D-19 in Pandav Nagar. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to deal with stairs and it stays a little cooler during the summer. Pandav Nagar is a busy area in East Delhi, right near the highway and the metro tracks. You can often hear the trains passing by if it's quiet enough in the office. Our workspace is a simple place. We have a few rooms where the staff sits and does their daily work. It is not a very formal environment at all. We usually have the radio on or just the sound of people chatting while they work. We handle various education-related tasks throughout the day. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix that you see all over this part of town. We’ve got a small area out front where we park our scooters. It’s a no-nonsense kind of office. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things moving along. Sometimes we have people dropping in to ask questions, and we just talk to them like normal people. It is a local business and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It feels like we are right in the middle of the real Delhi here. We’ve been here for years and know all the local tea vendors nearby. It's home.
