We are based in Shakarpur, specifically at Plot No-2 in the Veer Savarkar Block. Our office is Flat No-100 on the first floor. It’s near Madhuban Road, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of East Delhi. Fashion Therapy Impex Private Limited is where we handle various import and export tasks. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s a real community feel to it. Our office is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into our workspace. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel because we have so many samples and documents everywhere. We spend a lot of time looking at different fabrics and items, trying to figure out the best way to move them around. The first-floor location makes it easy for us to come and go throughout the day. We are often busy with phone calls and checking on the status of our orders. Shakarpur can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. It’s a lot of routine work—emails, phone calls, and keeping track of spreadsheets. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a few people working hard to keep the business running smoothly. Being near Madhuban Road helps people find us, though it’s still tucked away in the block. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of all the little details that go into the impex trade.
