We have been at 11/419 in Lalita Park for quite some time now. Vikas Lane is usually pretty busy with traffic and people walking by, but we managed to set up our little shop here in Laxmi Nagar to sell various bits of jewelry. It is not a huge or fancy place, just a regular spot where people come in to look at necklaces or maybe some earrings. We deal with lots of different styles, some that are shiny for parties and others that are more simple for just wearing every day. Most days it is just us organizing the display cases or helping someone find a small gift for a birthday. The shop is a bit tucked away, so you really have to know where to turn off the main road to find us. We do not do anything too special with the decor, just keeping it clean and making sure there is enough light for people to see the stones. It gets crowded on the weekends when everyone is out shopping in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and making sure things are not tangled up in the display trays. Sometimes the doorbell rings all day long, and other times it stays quiet and we just sit and talk about what is new in the market. We have seen kids grow up and come back as adults to buy stuff here. It is just a standard local business, really.
