If you head down Street No.- 8 in Sarojini Park, you’ll find us at 21-A. Farhad Impex has been operating out of Shastri Nagar for quite some time now. We handle a lot of import and export stuff, mostly moving goods from one place to another. The office is usually piled high with paperwork and samples of things we’re shipping out. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. Most days are spent on the phone or checking emails to make sure shipments are moving like they should. It gets a bit stressful when a container is delayed, but we’re used to it. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most of our clients have been working with us for years, so they know the way. We focus on getting the job done without much fuss. Sometimes we’re here late waiting for a call from a different time zone. It’s just regular business, nothing too complicated. We try to keep things moving. There’s always a new shipment to worry about or a set of documents that needs finishing. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't really do much marketing, just keep our heads down and work.
