Fantazia Chocolates

We are located over on Vikas Marg at Dayanand Vihar Vikas Marg Extetion 31. The name is Fantazia Chocolates, but we are really just a small group of people making sweets in a kitchen. Most of our day is spent melting chocolate and mixing ingredients. The smell of sugar and cocoa is everywhere, which is nice, but your clothes end up smelling like it forever. We do most of the wrapping by hand using small pieces of foil and paper. It is slow work and your fingers get a bit cramped after a few hours of doing it. The machines we use are quite old and they sometimes make a lot of noise or stop working for no reason, so you have to know how to fix them quickly. We do not have a big shop window where people can look in. It is more of a place where we make the orders and people come to pick them up when they are ready. During the holiday seasons, it gets very chaotic in here with boxes stacked up everywhere and everyone trying to finish their work on time. My hands are usually pretty sticky by the end of the day. We are not a big factory or anything like that. We just make these treats in our little corner of the building. Sometimes we mess up a batch and we just have to start over again.
