Exceliq Tec And Skills Private Limited is located on the second floor of B-5 in Acharya Niketan. Mayur Vihar Phase-1 is a nice area, quite residential but with plenty of shops nearby. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, though mostly we are looking at our monitors. We deal with tech and skills, so there are wires and gadgets around the place. It isn't a sterile lab; it looks like a lived-in office. There’s a kitchen area where we keep the kettle. The stairs up to the second floor are a daily workout. We have a mix of younger and older people working here. Conversations are usually about technical problems or just what’s for lunch. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and try to solve whatever comes across our desks. Mayur Vihar is pretty well connected, so getting here isn't too bad for the staff. Sometimes we stay late when a project is being difficult. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you're looking at code or spreadsheets all day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job with the skills we have. It’s a honest day's work in a regular part of Delhi. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without making too much of a fuss.
