Esic Hospital

Our facility is located in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 and serves as both a hospital and a dispensary. This means we have a lot of different people coming through the doors for many different reasons. Some are just here to pick up their regular medicine, while others are waiting to see a doctor about something more serious. The space is a bit tight, especially in the dispensary section where the shelves are packed with boxes and files. It is a very local neighborhood spot, so you often see people greeting each other while they wait in line. We do not have any big corporate policies that make things feel cold or distant. It is more of a "know your neighbor" kind of vibe. The building is a bit tucked away, but everyone in Mayur Vihar knows the way. Sometimes the queue for the medicine takes a long time because we have to double-check everything by hand. We do not have a fancy computerized system that does it all in a second. It is a lot of manual work and staying organized. The staff here are hardworking and they deal with the heat and the crowds every single day. We don't make any big promises about being the most modern place. We are just a local dispensary and hospital that does its best for the people who live in the flats around us. It is simple, a bit crowded, and very busy.
