Energie Gym &Spa

We are Energie Gym &Spa, located at 115 in Hargobind Enclave. You can find us right across from the Karkardooma Community Centre. Being in the Anand Vihar area means we get a lot of local residents coming in every day. We have a gym area and then there is the spa part too. It isn't a massive place, but we fit quite a lot in there for everyone to use. There are different sections for weights and some machines for cardio like cycles and walkers. The spa is just a simple place to relax a bit after you spend some time on the gym floor. It’s nothing like those high-end hotels you see downtown, just a practical setup for people living nearby who want a break. We see a lot of families coming in at different times. Usually, the mornings are quieter and more relaxed. The community centre across the street always has some function going on, so the road gets a bit packed with cars sometimes. We just focus on keeping the machines working and making sure there are enough clean towels for everyone. It’s a straightforward business with no hidden stuff. No one here is trying to be a supermodel, they just want to move around and feel better. We’ve had some of the same equipment since we first opened, but it’s sturdy and does what it’s supposed to do. Delhi heat is tough, so we make sure the cooling is decent enough for a workout.
