Energi Fitness is tucked away on the first floor of Shop No. 663 on the Main Road in Krishna Nagar. We are right opposite the Geeta Colony Police Station, which makes us very easy to locate for anyone in the area. Being on the first floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always busy and noisy. The gym isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have by keeping things organized. We’ve got the standard benches and some plates for lifting, plus a few machines. There is a small area for stretching or doing some floor exercises too. A lot of people from Krishna Nagar come here because it’s just convenient. You don't have to travel far if you live in the colony. We don’t have any fancy juice bars or protein shake counters. Just a water cooler and some racks for your bags and shoes. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step, but it’s fine once you get inside. We keep the doors and windows open when the weather is nice to get some fresh air in. Most of the guys and girls who come here are just regulars who live a few streets away from us. It’s a friendly enough place where people know each other’s names and chat. We aren't trying to be the biggest gym in Delhi, just a reliable one for the local crowd. It is simple, honest, and we keep it that way.
