If you’re looking for us, we’re on the first floor of B-48 in Shyam Nagar. It’s right there on Gali No. 2, off Parwana Road. Delhi can be a confusing place to find an address, and we’ve had plenty of delivery drivers call us lost. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and a lot of shipping schedules pinned to the walls. Dealing with ships and cargo is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing out updates. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always someone talking or the printer going off. We’re right in the middle of the Delhi bustle, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We don't have a fancy corporate vibe here. We’re just regular people who know a lot about how shipping containers move across the ocean. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to take a break until the backup kicks in. It’s just part of working in this part of town. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the local tea stall owner pretty well. We don’t have any grand statements to make. We just focus on the containers and the paperwork so our customers don't have to worry about it too much. It’s a steady, sometimes boring, but necessary kind of job.
