Eduweave Foundation

We are located in Ashoka Niketen, over at B-39 on the first floor of Block B. We have been here in East Delhi for a while now, working on what we call the Eduweave Foundation. The name comes from the idea of weaving together different ways for people to learn, because we know that the standard ways don't always work for every student. We are not a big school and we definitely aren't a corporate office. Inside, it feels more like a workshop than anything else. We usually have books piled up on the floor and a few old laptops running on the main table. We spend most of our time thinking about how to help teachers and kids in this specific part of the city. It is not always easy because the schools around here can be very crowded and the teachers are often exhausted. We don't claim to have all the answers for the education system. Most of the time, we are just trying different ideas to see which ones actually help. Sometimes a new lesson plan works out great, and other times it is a bit of a disaster. We just try to learn from what happens and try again the next day. The neighborhood around Ashoka Niketen is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to sit and think. We like being here because it feels like a real place where people know each other. We just want to contribute a little bit of help.
