Ecclesia Episcopal Synod Foundation

Ecclesia Episcopal Synod Foundation is over in Mayur Vihar, Phase 1. We have our office in the Gomti Complex, specifically Office No. 5 at P 37/38. Mayur Vihar is a busy part of East Delhi, and the Gomti Complex is a local landmark for many. Our office is a small room on one of the floors. It’s got a big window that looks out onto the street, so we can see the metro passing by. It’s a bit noisy, but we’ve grown to like the rhythm of it. Inside, the space is pretty tight. We have our desks pushed up against the walls to make room for a small table in the middle. We don't have any professional decorators. We just put up a few calendars and some photos. The team is just a handful of us. We talk about the weather, the traffic, and the work we’ve got to finish by the end of the week. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in. Sometimes the lift in the complex breaks down, so we have to take the stairs. It’s just one of those things. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We are just a local foundation working out of a busy complex in East Delhi, taking things one day at a time.
