Earthcon Narrow Fab Private Limited is located on the third floor of the Krish building, which is F-16/12 in Krishna Nagar. We are over in East Delhi, specifically the Shahdara area. Being on the third floor means a lot of trips up and down the stairs, which keeps us active if nothing else. We work with narrow fabrics, which is a very specific niche. It’s not something everyone understands, but we’ve been at it for a while. The office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We have our samples tucked away in cabinets and a couple of desks for the paperwork. Krishna Nagar is a very busy part of town, so there's always a lot of noise coming up from the street. We try to keep things moving along steadily. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from packing boxes to talking to clients. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just make narrow fabrics and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the Shahdara traffic, but we just deal with it when it happens. It’s an honest living and we’ve made a lot of friends in the building over the years. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in a crowded city, doing our best to keep things organized despite the general chaos of the busy marketplace outside.
