This is the Pandav Nagar branch of D.S.Gupta Const.Pvt.Ltd. in New Delhi. Aditya Kumar Agnihotri works here at F 2 on the first floor. It is located on Street No. 5. If you are looking for us, this is one of our main spots. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road and the stairs up to the first floor are narrow. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s mostly just a practical space. We do not have a big sign outside, just the address on the wall. Pandav Nagar is a crowded area so parking for the staff is always a bit of a nightmare. We’ve been here for a long time. It is a lot of administrative work. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how the laborers are doing. New Delhi is always building something new, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. The office gets a bit dusty with all the files stacked up. We try to stay organized but it is hard when you have five projects going at once. My cousin helps out with the accounts. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s not a glamorous job, just honest construction work. We know the local regulations and how things get done in this city.
