Our office is situated at A-2/406 in Milan Vihar, which is part of the 72 I.P. Extension in Patparganj. It’s a residential complex area, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Delhi. We focus on surveillance equipment, so our walls are lined with monitors showing different angles of the hallways and the entrance. It’s a bit like a tech cave in here with all the flickering screens and the hum of the hard drives. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. Instead, we have a small room where we configure cameras and set up network recorders. Most of our work takes place at the customer's location, but this unit in Milan Vihar is our home base where we plan the layouts and test the equipment. We don't do much in terms of flashy advertising. Most people find out about us because we’ve done work for their neighbors or their office buildings in Patparganj. We speak plainly about what cameras can and cannot do. There’s no need to overcomplicate things with technical buzzwords. We just show up, do the installation, and make sure the owner knows how to check the footage on their phone. It’s a straightforward business, and being in a quiet spot like Milan Vihar allows us to focus on the technical details without too many distractions. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
