Dex Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd

We’ve been here in the School Block of Shakarpur for a while now. Dex Cargo Services is just a regular office at S-428 where we handle a lot of moving parts every day. Delhi traffic is always a mess, especially around here, but we manage to get things out. It’s not a fancy setup. There’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea at the corner. Most of the work is just making sure boxes get where they need to go without too much trouble. It gets dusty in the summer. We have a few desks and a lot of registers. People come in asking about their shipments and we check the books. It’s a bit noisy because of the street outside. Our team is small, just a few of us who’ve been doing this for years. We don’t have any big corporate speeches. We just show up, sort through the manifests, and deal with the drivers. It’s a lot of manual work even with the computers. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s just a rush to finish everything before the day ends. That’s pretty much how it goes here in this part of Delhi. We just keep moving things along one day at a time, making sure each package is handled properly.
