Our office for the Dept of Telecom is part of the Govt of India. We are located in Milan Vihar Apartments at B-1/604. This is in Plot No-72, which is part of the I.P. Extension in Patparganj, New Delhi. It’s a residential area, so our office is actually inside an apartment. It makes for a quiet working environment away from the main city traffic. We manage various telecom administration tasks here. The office isn't very large, just a standard apartment unit that's been converted for government use. We have our desks set up in the different rooms and a lot of documents stacked up. Being in the 110092 zip code area puts us close to a lot of other residential societies. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors, mostly just official business and staff. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the big ministry buildings in Central Delhi. We spend our days answering calls, filing reports, and keeping the telecom administration side of things running smoothly. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy or polished about it. We just follow the daily routine of checking the mail and processing the files that the department sends our way. It’s an honest day’s work in a normal Delhi apartment setting. There are about five of us here most days making sure the regional telecom paperwork is kept up to date.
