Our place, the Centre For Leadership In Technology And Management, is located at WA-120 on Mother Dairy Road in Shakarpur. It’s a busy area, especially with the school block nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The name on the door is a bit long, but we’re just a small team working out of a few rooms. We do training and some management consulting work. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s a regular building in a residential and commercial mix of a neighborhood. We have a couple of rooms set up with chairs and projectors for when we have people over for sessions. Most of the time, it’s just us on our laptops or talking on the phone. The street outside is always full of people going to the Mother Dairy or parents picking up their kids. We get our tea from the stall at the corner. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old equipment, but we try to keep it functional. We don't do a lot of shouting about what we do. Most people find us because someone told them about us. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just focus on our projects and try to keep things running smoothly despite the occasional power cut or the noise from the street.
