Btt Exports Private Limited is situated at C-10/193 in Yamuna Vihar, East Delhi. This is a residential area, so our office has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We aren't in a big glass building or a high-rise. We are just part of the local landscape here. Most of our day involves managing export orders and talking to people on the phone. The office is small and functional. We have desks pushed against the walls to make room for the files and occasional samples that come in. Yamuna Vihar is a bit far from the main city center, but we like the community here. We often see the same people walking by every morning. Our work is pretty straightforward. We take orders, arrange the shipping, and make sure the paperwork is correct. There aren't many frills in what we do. We don't use big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just sit down, have some tea, and decide what needs to be shipped out by the end of the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of working. We know our business well and we don't feel the need to act like a big corporation. We just want to do a good job and keep things moving along without any unnecessary stress. It is simple work but it keeps us busy. We have enough to do.
