We are located up on the third floor of Flat 178 in Pocket-5, Mayur Vihar Phase-1. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs, which can be tiring in the summer heat, but it’s what we have. The office is basically just a flat that we have turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a main room where we have all our desks pushed together. There are wires running along the floor for the internet and printers, and it’s not always the neatest place. We are in East Delhi, and the area is always full of life and people moving around. We don’t have a big staff or any fancy titles. We just do the work that comes our way. Some days we are busy with phone calls all day long, and other days we are just sitting quietly and typing. We don't have any corporate polish here. We talk to each other plainly and don't use any big business words. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone. The light in the rooms is actually quite good during the day, which helps. We like being part of a residential area because it doesn't feel like a cold business district. It feels more like we are just people working among other people. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
