We are Bliss Ayurveda Pvt Ltd and our office is at 136 Surya Niketan in New Delhi. It’s a quiet spot compared to the rest of the city. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of herbs and oils. We spend a lot of time with old formulas and modern glass bottles. It’s a mix of a warehouse and an office. Boxes are stacked in the corners and there are lists of ingredients pinned to the walls. We have a small group of people working here every day. Some are busy with the packaging while others are handling the orders that come in. It gets a bit hectic when a big shipment arrives from the suppliers. We don't have a big sign outside, just a regular door in the neighborhood. We’ve been doing this for some time now. We like the pace here because we can focus on the quality of what we are putting into the bottles. Sometimes we sit around the table and talk about how to get things to move faster. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon and makes the whole place feel warm and bright. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation. We just want to provide the traditional stuff that people grew up with. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice, but it’s worth it. Most of us have been here since the beginning and know the routine.
