Bhagya Dhan Nidhi Limited is situated on the ground floor of A-1 in the Shakarpur Extension area. We are right in Ganesh Nagar-II, which is a busy part of East Delhi. Our office is a simple one, right at the street level so people can just walk in. The neighborhood is always full of life, with kids playing and people heading to the market. We have a few desks and some chairs for when members come in to talk about their accounts. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it tidy. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Dealing with money and savings means we have to be careful, so we spend a lot of time double-checking our books. It’s not an exciting job, but it’s important for the families around here. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with a form. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a lobby. It’s just a plain room where we do our daily tasks. The street noise is part of our day-to-day life. Being in Shakarpur means we are right in the middle of everything. We keep our records in big binders and use a regular computer for the rest. It’s a humble place, and that’s how we like it. We just focus on the work at hand. The morning starts early when the tea shops nearby begin to open.
