BETTER TOMORROW CONSULTANCY AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is based at F-29 in the Arya Nagar Apartments. This is over in I.P. Extension, East Delhi. It is a bit different because we are in a residential complex rather than a commercial mall. It makes the workday feel a little more relaxed and less like a cold office environment. The 110092 area is quite nice, with some greenery around the apartments. We work from one of the units here. It has a kitchen and a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. We deal with both consultancy and technology stuff, so there are cables and laptops all over the place. It’s not the most organized office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so we have to keep the noise down. We aren't some big tech giant with a cafeteria and a gym. We are just a small group of people who enjoy what we do. Our desks are pushed up against the walls to make more space. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which suits us just fine. We don't use big words to describe ourselves or our goals. We are just here to provide our services and make a living. It’s practical and it works for us without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate rules.
