Our place is tucked away at E-187, Gali No.3 in West Vinod Nagar. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes in this part of New Delhi, you know how tight it can get. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, dealing with the daily ins and outs of the paint business. It’s mostly about managing the stock and making sure people get what they need for their projects. The space isn't huge, so we have to be pretty organized with how we stack the paint drums. Usually, it's just a few of us here making sure things stay on track. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, check what's arrived, and see who needs their orders picked up. Sometimes the narrow streets make it hard for the bigger deliveries, but we've gotten used to the logistics of the neighborhood. It’s a bit noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the job. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the lists. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same address. It’s a practical setup that works for us and the local contractors who drop by. We just handle the paint and try to stay organized.
