Balaji Microtechnologies Pvt Ltd is based out of 41325 Krishna Nagar, right in Sector 10 of the D L F Phase. It’s an area that has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings popping up all the time. Our space is pretty functional and straightforward. We don’t have any of those big corporate signs or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just an office where we show up every morning to handle the technical work. There are usually boxes stacked in the corner because we are always receiving parts or getting things ready to go out. The air conditioner makes a bit of a humming noise, but we’ve stopped noticing it after being here so long. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we don't really need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It is a very grounded environment. We prefer it this way because it lets us focus on the actual work without any unnecessary distractions. Krishna Nagar is a good spot for us, and being in Sector 10 makes it convenient for deliveries. Sometimes the parking out front is a bit of a nightmare, but that is just part of living in this city. We just make it work and keep things moving along as best as we can.
