You can find Bakebucks Bakery Private Limited over on the Pandav Nagar Main Road. We are at Shop Number 56 on the first floor, right across the street from the Mother Dairy. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up a bit, but it gives us a good view of the traffic outside. The shop is always smelling like bread or whatever else we have in the oven at the time. It is a bit of a tight space once you get all the equipment and the counters in there, but we make it work. We are part of that Kh. No. 25/44 patch of land. Being near the Mother Dairy is a big help because everyone knows where that is. We spend a lot of time on our feet, dealing with flour and sugar and trying to get the temperatures just right. It is not a quiet job. There is always the hum of the fridge or the sound of someone mixing something. We see a lot of people passing by on the main road below. Sometimes it gets really hot in the summer, but that is just part of working in a bakery in Delhi. We are just a local shop trying to make enough for the day and keeping things running. It is a straightforward business without any of the extra fluff you see in big chains. We like being right here on the main road where everything is happening.
