Athleten Foundation

The Athleten Foundation operates out of a basement space at G-13, back side, in Preet Vihar. It’s in East Delhi, specifically the 110092 area. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler when the Delhi heat gets bad, which is nice. We’ve been here for a bit, focusing on things that matter to the local crowd. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for the back entrance, but people usually find their way eventually. Our team is small and we don't really go for anything too formal. We just want to get things done without too much fuss. Most of our day is spent coordinating different bits of work that come our way. We might be looking into local sports stuff or just helping out with general community needs. It’s hard to pin down one thing because we end up doing a bit of everything. We aren't some big fancy organization with a lot of funding. It’s mostly just us putting in the time and effort. People in Preet Vihar know we’re here if they need something. We keep our files in order as best we can, though sometimes the desk gets a bit messy when we're busy. It's an honest place where we work hard and don't worry too much about appearances. We just take things one day at a time and try to help where it is actually needed for the people around here in Delhi.
