Ashok Architects

We are based out of Maitri Apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase-I, specifically at D No-117. It’s a residential setup, which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. Ashok has been running things from here for quite some time. We do a lot of our work right at the kitchen table or at the few desks we’ve squeezed into the room. It’s a bit cramped with all the blue-prints and folders, but it works for us. Living and working in the same area means we know Mayur Vihar really well. Most of the people we work for are just looking to renovate their flats or build something nearby. We don't have any big corporate goals. Our main thing is just getting the measurements right and making sure the builders follow the plan. Some days are slow, and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Other days it’s nonstop with people dropping by to ask about permits or materials. We use simple language to explain things because we don't see the point in making it sound more complicated than it is. It’s mostly about common sense and knowing how buildings go together. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and they often pop in for a chat. It’s just a local business trying to do right by the people who live around here. We often lose our favorite pens under all the paper stacks.
