Arti Clinic

New Ashok Nagar is one of those places where everyone seems to be in a hurry, but near Mata Dairy, things feel a little more settled. That’s where Arti Clinic is, right at C-131. If you can find the dairy, you’ve basically found us. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we see people from the surrounding blocks. Most mornings start with the sound of the milk trucks and the neighbors heading out for work. We open up early because that’s when people usually want to stop by before their shifts start. The clinic has been here through many seasons. We’ve seen the roads get paved and the shops change hands, but we’re still here in the same spot. The waiting room has these blue plastic chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don’t bother with much decoration; there’s a clock on the wall that’s always two minutes fast and a small sink in the corner. It’s just a neighborhood clinic. We know the families around here, and we see their kids growing up. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the door to get some light, but nobody seems to mind much. We just keep things moving, taking one patient at a time and making sure we have enough basic supplies in the cupboards. It is a humble place, but it serves the people who live nearby well enough.
