A.R.Spares Pvt.Ltd. is based at 343, F.I.E Industrial Area. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. We mostly handle spare parts for various types of vehicles. The warehouse is pretty packed with shelves that reach almost to the ceiling. We use ladders to get the stuff from the top rows. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system for finding things. Usually, there’s a pile of shipping crates near the entrance waiting to be picked up. We don't really have a showroom. It’s more of a functional space where we take orders over the phone and get them ready. The office is just a corner partitioned off with some glass. It’s usually a bit dusty because of the industrial surroundings. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and a couple of us who do the billing and paperwork. We’ve been in this spot for a while and seen the neighbors change over the years. The traffic in the F.I.E area can be a nightmare in the afternoons, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. It’s just a standard business day for us, dealing with numbers and parts. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't; we just supply spares to people who need them to get their vehicles back on the road. We open up the shutters every morning and just get to work, making sure orders go out.
