We are located up on the third floor of the DDA flats in Kondli, right in Block-A at number 315. It’s a busy spot in East Delhi, and honestly, the stairs keep us fit since the lift can be a bit temperamental sometimes. This is where Arms Exports Private Limited operates from. We’ve been here in Gharoli for a while now, just dealing with the daily ins and outs of the export business. It’s not a fancy glass office like you see in the movies, just a practical space with desks, some filing cabinets, and usually a few cups of tea sitting around. People come in and out, checking on shipments and making sure the paperwork for the Delhi customs is in order. Being in a residential-style flat means it feels more like a home than a corporate building, which suits us just fine. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day, trying to make sure things get to where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic in East Delhi makes things run late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's mostly just us trying to keep things moving smoothly from our little corner of the 110096 area. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us working hard to get the job done every day. We know the neighbors, and they know us. That’s just how it is here.
